We are an association of individual professional members of the recruiting and staffing industry organized to advance our knowledge of our profession and to represent ourselves to the public and to the government.

Our intention is to engage on an on-going basis in providing education opportunities to our members and to keep them informed of developments, both economic as well as legal, that affects their everyday activities, that they may maintain a high level of professional service to their clients.

We will foster and encourage ethical values to our members, and in that effort, strive to have them actively participate in programs that will achieve that result, as well as enhance their knowledge an skill in pursuing their professional endeavors.
