An invitation to our community
Since the 1950s, The Association of Personnel Consultants of New York (APCNY) enjoyed its reputation as the oldest industry association in the country and as the premier staffing industry educator in New York. Unfortunately, APCNY disbanded a few years ago - thereby leaving a void in the industry for a forum wherein talented professionals could meet, mingle and exchange information.
This summer, the Recruiting and Staffing Professionals of New York (RSPNY) is delighted to announce its formation to fill the void of APCNY and to expand upon it. RSPNY will create and maintain a position as the search and staffing industry educator through our comprehensive certification program, continuing education initiatives, eLearning, networking forums, and our annual conference.
We anticipate a sizeable membership transfer from APCNY, as well as a new group of professionals introduced into RSPNY’s ranks through the dedication and enthusiasm of the talented individuals launching our association.

As a member you will receive all RSPNY member communications that will keep you up-to-date on trends in the industry and association news so that you can understand your market and spot new opportunities.
The association will represent our profession in critical legislative arenas in Washington, DC, provide legislative guidance and aid where government affairs challenges exist, create a structure of ethical practices for industry self-regulation, increase public and business awareness of the value of personnel services, and to educate members and non-members towards better practices and the maintenance of high professional standards.
